Kevin P. Lynch, MBA, CPA
Mr. Lynch is a senior executive with extensive leadership experience in operating and strategically growing businesses. He was a key member of a team of merger & acquisition executives at a private investment group based in Boston and has participated in numerous purchases and sales of businesses over a 17 year period. In addition to negotiating transactions, Mr. Lynch was involved in structuring deals, performing due diligence, and arranging financing for acquisitions into a $100 million portfolio of companies. He is skilled in thinking through business plans and revenue models and has strong analytic abilities.
Mr. Lynch earned his MBA degree from Columbia University in New York City and received a BS degree from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT. He also has a CPA designation.

Milton M. Adams, CPA
Mr. Adams is a senior executive who has owned and operated both public and private companies over a 30 year period. His experience in buying and selling companies during his career as a President and Owner of several apparel companies provides a unique sense of understanding of the process buying or selling a business.
Mr. Adams has a BS degree from Fordham University in New York City and has a CPA designation.
